Repair order. The "Form" mode allows you to enter the order number, completion date, and basic vehicle information. There's a field for entering the reason for your request. A list of completed work and parts is also provided here. For work, the name and cost are indicated. For parts, the name, manufacturer, part number, and cost are indicated. The form allows you to specify the required number of work items or parts; there are no restrictions. Recommendations can be entered in the appropriate form field. Warranty information contains standard wording that can be modified to suit a specific case. The last fields are for entering customer and contractor information; the content can be anything you choose.
Inspection report. Vehicle acceptance and recording of paintwork damage, vehicle equipment, fuel level, and special marks. Interactive component for displaying the location and nature of damage - a schematic representation of various vehicle body types, which can be clicked to place a marker. The saved inspection report can be printed or downloaded as a PDF file.
Diagnostic sheet. Marks on the condition of the vehicle's main components. The saved diagnostic sheet can be printed or downloaded as a PDF file.
Online service. When entering values, you can use hints; values from the auto repair shop database that match the entered substring are offered for selection. To verify the accuracy of entered data, a totals calculator has been implemented, returning the total for labor, parts, and the overall total for the service station work order. The generated work order can be printed or downloaded as a PDF file.
Log. Contains all saved documents. Documents are displayed in a list and grouped by date. The list displays the 10 most recent documents or, if criteria are specified, all documents that meet the criteria. To refine the selection, you can use the vehicle registration number or the period or date specified in the document.
Employee calculation. Calculation is performed according to a specified percentage or fixed value. The calculation method is specified for each document item. The results are available in the form summary and in the "Report" section. Not displayed when printing.
Templates. The ability to reuse work and/or parts lists can save time and improve the accuracy of the contents. A new template can be created from the contents of any document while viewing it. When editing a document, it can include items from any template. By default, all options are included, after which any item can be edited or deleted. A template can be renamed, and its items can be edited or deleted.
